PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Over 150,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield HS® Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet with attached Drainage Matrix was installed on 84 units during the renovation of the Wayland Condos. The engineer and architect chose WrapShield HS® to create a rainscreen design wall.

Over 150,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield HS® Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet with Drainage Matrix was installed during the renovation of the Wayland Condos.

WrapShield HS® drainage matrix allows moisture to escape quickly while protecting the sidewall from the damaging effects of mold, mildew and moisture intrusion.
