PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Over 110,000 sq. ft. of Envel UHPC and RevealShield SA Self-Adhered adorn the Office Building Project in Rhode Island. The architect selected RevealShield SA Self-Adhered for its breathability and its demonstrated ability to protect every component of the building envelope enclosure; primarily, the stone batt insulation. RevealShield SA provides the necessary defense from bulk water absorption and lost R-Value until water can effectively drain, supplementing the mineral wool’s protective properties and high R-Value in the process.

The installer upgraded to VaproShield’s innovative Self-Adhesive and benefitted from increased labor savings, as RevealShield SA adhered directly to the perimeter metal and framing without additional sealing.
