PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
CTA Construction worked jointly with Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc. and Hill International to build the modern and innovative James Hill Elementary School. The project sought LEED certification and chose fiber cement panels by Swisspearl, combined with a fully engineered rainscreen system by Cem5, to accent and protect the complex’s exterior.

Cem5 engineered systems gave architects and installers the needed resources to design an intelligent rainscreen that could address deep cavity systems, continuous insulation and other code and industry standards.  The Cem5 systems also gave architects aesthetic freedom to incorporate concealed, lap-siding or visible attachments.
