PRODUCTS: WrapShield SA Self-Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane, Hunter Xci Ply®

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Over 20,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield SA Self Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane was installed over Hunter Xci Ply on the renovation of the Hamel Recreation Center on the campus of University of New Hampshire.

Free of harmful VOCs and entirely self adhering (no primers required) contractors successfully installed WrapShield SA Self-Adhered without jeopardizing pedestrian safety or damaging surrounding structures. Hunter Xci Ply was the perfect component , as it provided continuous insulation which assisted in meeting the most current ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, IBC and IRC standards.

The project featured increased fitness space, a ¹/₁₀ mile suspended track, a wellness space, an instructional kitchen and a large multi-activity court. The $35M renovation of the 85,000 sq.ft. recreation center was completed and reopened for the fall 2016 semester.
