The Dumbo Townhouse development, constructed on the site of an old warehouse, is an impressive addition to the bustling historic neighborhood of DUMBO* in Brooklyn, New York. The building, created by Alloy, is comprised of five individual 5-storey luxury townhouses, each about 3,000 sq. ft., with private parking, rooftop terraces, 20 ft. (6.1 m) ceilings, fireplaces and skylights.
Designed with energy efficient building systems, the townhouses are surrounded by a unique louvered façade panel system made with Ductal® ultra-high performance concrete by Envel. Each of the largescale panels contain a series of ribs, covering a total surface area of 8,650 sq. ft., which crown the building’s overall modern appeal.
